On December 18th, Phan Vu Building - A2 Truong Son, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Phan Vu Investment Corporation has just held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2021, after twice having to postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is chaired by Mr. Phan Khac Long - Chairman of the Board of Directors. Two members of the BOD, Mr. Akira Kurose and Mr. Yoshihito Yamamoto, due to the epidemic conditions, authorized Mr. Phan Khac Long to exercise the rights of members of the BOD as well as shareholder rights of Asia Pile Holdings in Phan Vu to attend the meeting.
The General Meeting unanimously approved the election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the term 2018 - 2023 for Mr. Kazunori Okuyama, with 100% of the votes. The General Meeting also approved the election of additional members of the Supervisory Board for the 2018-2023 term for Ms. Ha Thi My Quyen, with 100% voting rate.
The General Meeting of Shareholders Phan Vu Investment Corporation voted to approve the Minutes and draft Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, reaching a consensus rate of 100%.
The 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Phan Vu Investment Corporation ended at 11:30 am on the same day after the closing statement of the Chairman.
