Congratulations to The 350MW Offshore Wind Power Plant in Ca Mau (package 1A & 1C) officially started in Dam Doi town, Ca Mau province, Vietnam. This is a project invested by Trading Construction Works Organization (WTO). At this official phase, Phan Vu is the contractor to supply and construct PHC D800C piles and concrete works for turbine foundations, and the total contract value is over 430 billions dong.
After the official Ceremony, Phan Vu has started to construct the first concrete piles of package 1A & 1C. Facing to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic in Ca Mau province, in addition to ensuring construction progress, quality and labor safety, Phan Vu must comply with local regulations on anti-Covid.
The 350MW Offshore Wind Power Plant in Ca Mau includes plants: 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, with the total area of about 8,000 hectares in the waters of Dam Doi and Nam Can town (Ca Mau province). The total project includes 83 turbines with a capacity of 4.5MW/turbine and the total generating capacity is expected to be about 1.1 million MWh/year.
