On December 9, 2024, at the headquarters of Phan Vu Can Tho, Mr. Dang Kien Hung, General Director of Phan Vu Group, on behalf of Mr. Phan Khac Long, Chairman of the Group's Board of Directors, officially presented the decision to appoint Mr. Vo Hoang Thong as the new Director of Phan Vu Can Tho. In addition to the appointment, important personnel decisions regarding Phan Vu Can Tho were announced as follows:
- Relief from Director Position: As of December 5, 2024, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh officially relinquished his concurrent role as Director of Phan Vu Can Tho to fully focus on his position as Director of Phan Vu Long An Concrete Co., Ltd. (referred to as Phan Vu Long An).
- Appointment of a New Director: Mr. Vo Hoang Thong has been appointed as the new Director of Phan Vu Can Tho, effective December 5, 2024. His leadership is expected to bring significant and positive contributions to the company's future development.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh has dedicated nearly 10 years to Phan Vu Can Tho, leaving a remarkable legacy in his leadership role.
