A New Journey Begins
On December 2, 2024, Phan Vũ Precast was officially launched with a mission to produce high-quality precast concrete components, focusing primarily on its flagship product, the prestressed hollow-core slab (HCS).
The establishment of Phan Vũ Precast and the introduction of its prestressed hollow-core slab products mark a new milestone in the Group’s development strategy, affirming its leadership in the precast concrete sector and its commitment to fostering sustainable and green building practices in Vietnam.
The first production facility for prestressed hollow-core slabs by Phan Vũ Precast is located in Lương Bình Commune, Bến Lức District, Long An Province. The plant is expected to commence operations in Q2 2025, with an initial design capacity of 120,000 m²/year, expanding to 240,000 m²/year during subsequent phases.
