In the morning 26 of November, Phan Vũ Investment Corporation has officially been signing the strategic cooperation with Novaland Group. Therefore, Phan Vũ will be in charged as a supply and constructing contractor of pre-stressed pile package for a development eco-urban area in AQUA CITY project and other projects belong to Nova Group.

Beside the strength as a top professional in Vietnam in supply and constructing pile foundation, Phan Vũ owned a chain produce factory across Vietnam, with approximately 2 millions ton of concrete piles in all type about 25 – 30 percent in Vietnam’s pile market. Beside that, Phan Vũ also cooperating in all aspect with Japan Pile company, which is a top supply and constructing in Japan since 2010. Through that, Phan Vũ are being supported not only in financial but also modern technology and equipment of pile foundation. Phan Vũ take pride as a first company applied pre-boring method in Vietnam to various high-rise building of Novaland since 2012 such as: The Prince Residence, The Botanica, Orchard Park View, Golden Mansion, etc. This is a technology breakthrough in pile foundation which bring a high efficiency for both Phan Vu and NovalSpeaking at the signing ceremony, Novaland’s representative stated: “We truly believed in competence and appreciate the dedication of Phan Vũ for this cooperation and build more construction with high quality. This signing strategic cooperation with Phan Vũ today is an important step to fulfill the commitment to build Aqua City and other project of us as a prestigious construction, bring convenience, assurance and prosperous for all residence”.
