After the damage caused by storm No. 3 (Yagi), Phan Vũ Group once again demonstrated its strong sense of solidarity and mutual support. Following a survey and evaluation of the employees affected by the storm, the company's leadership, represented by General Director Mr. Đặng Kiện Hùng, visited the Phan Vũ Hải Dương factory to personally check in on, encourage and provide support to workers and their families who were severely impacted.
The Director of Phan Vũ Hải Dương factory shared: "This storm was devastating. Both the Phan Vũ Hải Dương factory and most of the employees' families were affected by the storm. Every household suffered damage, to some extent, but fortunately everyone was safe. The factory has quickly taken steps to recover from the storm's aftermath, ensuring timely production and delivery of orders as committed to our customers."
Previously, Phan Vũ Group had also contributed 500 million VND to support the people in northern Vietnam affected by storm No. 3, through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Nhuan District (Ho Chi Minh City). This donation included contributions from Phan Vũ employees, who gave up one day's salary, with the remainder coming from the company's union fund and budget.
While the financial support may not be large, it clearly reflects Phan Vũ’s spirit of mutual support and willingness to share difficulties. This action not only showcases internal unity but also highlights the company's strong sense of social responsibility. It is hoped that these gestures of encouragement and support will help Phan Vũ Hải Dương employees recover from the damages caused by storm No. 3, and that all Phan Vũ employees will remain healthy and safe in the future.
