During their business trip to Vietnam, Professor Kishida and Mr. Koume took the time to visit and exchange knowledge on foundation technology and reinforced concrete structures with Phan Vũ's technical team. This visit not only strengthened the 15-year partnership between Phan Vũ and Japan Pile but also paved the way for new directions in research and technological applications in production and construction.

Upon arriving in Vietnam, Professor Kishida and Mr. Koume met with Mr. Đặng Kiện Hùng, CEO of Phan Vũ Group, and Mr. Lữ Triều Dương, Director of Phan Vũ's Technology Engineering Department, to exchange insights and reinforce mutual understanding. This meeting laid the foundation for future collaborations.
Following this, the two experts engaged in in-depth discussions with Phan Vũ's engineering team, sharing insights into the latest techniques and technologies in concrete pile production and reinforced concrete structures, with a special focus on advancements in manufacturing and construction methods.

As part of their trip, As part of their trip, Professor Kishida and Mr. Koume attended the SEATUC 2025 Conference, held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. SEATUC is a prestigious scientific research conference bringing together leading universities across the region. At SEATUC 2025, Mr. Koume presented cutting-edge research in concrete structural engineering, particularly focusing on the pile head joint mechanism.

Before concluding their trip, Professor Kishida visited Phan Vũ Long An – one of Vietnam's leading centrifugal concrete pile factories, and Phan Vũ Infrastructure – a key manufacturer of precast concrete components. On the same day, Professor Kishida also toured a large-scale industrial project, where Phan Vũ was executing foundation piling using advanced pile pressing techniques. This visit allowed him to evaluate Phan Vũ’s real-world production and construction processes.

Reflecting on the visit, Professor Kishida expressed deep admiration for Phan Vũ’s scale, investment, and professional approach, spanning corporate management, manufacturing plants, and on-site construction. He firmly believes that Phan Vũ will continue to expand and maintain its leading position in Vietnam’s foundation and precast concrete industry. Additionally, Professor Kishida looks forward to Phan Vũ’s breakthrough innovations in AI applications for production and construction, aligning with the rapidly evolving digital technology landscape.
